About me

I have been working with ruby and rails for a little over a year now. I use Subversion, migrations, and rails testing facilities. I have
experience deploying applications to apache and lighttpd servers using Capistrano. My personal computer is a Mac, but I have
experiences using linux systems.

My philosophy around websites is accessibility and simplicity. Although I value simplicity, that doesn’t mean I forgo the details.
I like to use structural HTML, including microformats when appropriate, and style everything though CSS. When creating
something that uses AJAX, I first build the functionality as if JavaScript were unavailable, then I refactor in the AJAX.
